LIGHTWEIGHT & CONNECTABLE WITH HEAVY-DUTY PERFORMANCE

Civil Safety Products has two sizes of Road Plates, and both the 23/05 and 15/05 need to be fitted with End Plates that must be bolted down for safety compliance.  Both Road Plates are approved for use by various Road Authorities across Australia and NZ.

Two Flexi-Edge Rubberised Flaps for each inner plate section come with your Road Plate, as well as 12 Zinc Plated Mild Steel Drop Pins (replacement parts are available).  These pins are specifically designed to help prevent lateral movement.

The larger-sized and wider Road Plate 23/05 has been developed and stringently tested, by Oxford Plastic Systems, to withstand 44 Tonne vehicle weight, over a 900mm trench, and 15 Tonne over a 1200mm wide trench.  Despite its larger size, than the Road Plate 15/05, each section can still be carried and installed using a two-person lift.

Because of its safe-to-carry characteristics, easy-to-install features (with built-in drop pins), and an anti-slip surface, you can cover a trench, make it safe to pass over, and protect your workers and pedestrians from harm.
